PRIVACY POLICY

Power Padel informs users of the website about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through its website. In this sense, Power Padel guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Development Regulations of the LOPD. The use of this website implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

DELIVERY TERM

All items in stock will be delivered within 48 to 72 business hours if delivery is made within the Peninsula. For international orders and outside the Peninsula, please contact POWER PADEL,

SHIPPING

Transport will be paid by Power Padel, for all orders with a value greater than 150€ net and delivery in the Iberian Peninsula. If the value of the order is less than this amount, the cost derived from the shipment will be paid by the buyer, and may be modified according to the size and weight of the shipment. In the event that the transport is paid by the buyer, the conditions of the same will be Ex-Works.

Urgent transports will be the responsibility of the buyer in all cases.

RETURNS OF MATERIAL

The receipt of returned material at Power Padel warehouses does not in any case imply its acceptance. If after opening the packages and checking the merchandise, the material is not included in the current rate on the date of return, is non-compliant or is not material previously communicated or approved by Power Padel, the customer will be informed that they have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to collect it. If after 15 calendar days it is not collected, the material will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The amount of an order correctly served by POWER PADEL will not be refunded.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return items to us within 14 days of delivery
• We do not accept cancellations
• Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
• Textile items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Returns Policy: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

We offer you a 14 CALENDAR DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE after receiving your order, returning the amount paid within 14 days of receipt and validation of the material as follows:

• A product cannot be returned if it has been damaged.
• Items must be in good condition, without any breakage or damage caused by external effects to the nature of the product. (Returns will not be accepted for items received that are in poor condition, and must be suitable for sale)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

COMPLAINTS

Any defect detected in the shipments of merchandise made by Power Padel must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise. Consequently, no claim will be processed after this period.

Incidents regarding invoices will be reported within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the invoice.

The formalization of orders implies the implicit acceptance of all these conditions.

For any dispute that may arise, both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the registered office of Power padel, SL for any issues arising from the application or interpretation of these conditions of sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

• Product Information

Power Padel reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to Users through the Website and may at any time add new products to those included on the Website, it being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new products will be governed by the provisions of the Conditions that are in force at that time.

• Purchasing system

To proceed with the purchase of the product, the User must select the item they wish to purchase and add it to the Cart. Once the selection of the products to be purchased has been completed, the User must click on the “Cart” icon. The products selected for purchase will then be indicated and the User must select from the available options for sending the products to the indicated address and the method of payment for them. The data provided to Power Padel . through the corresponding form are identifying elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable.

• Way to pay

The payment methods accepted on the Website are: Credit or debit card and bank transfer.

• Shipping

Shipments are generally made by private courier service.  

• Taxes

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

• Price

The products will be sold at the price indicated at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer. Power Padel may modify prices, items, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

• Modification of the conditions

Power Padel reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time of accessing the Website.

Power Padel is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, or for the impossibility of carrying them out when the cause is due to an event of force majeure, and therefore, beyond our control, understanding among other causes of force majeure: strikes, accidents, errors in the address by the user, natural disasters.
