Power Padel Guarantee

The warranty period for POWER PADEL rackets is 6 months from the date of purchase of the user invoice. The warranty covers only possible manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover products that have been hit or have had inappropriate use by the user.

To process the guarantee of any POWER PADEL racket, the authenticity hologram attached to the racket is essential. No guarantee of a blade without the hologram or with said manipulated hologram will be processed.

The process for processing guarantees is always the same

1. The user or official distributor must send the racket with the purchase invoice to the following address, c/Dr Fleming 6, 1st Right Office 1 28703 (Madrid). Specifying the problem of the shovel.
2. In case of being defective material or with manufacturing defects, the new blade will be sent to the user.
3. In case of NO be defective material or have no manufacturing defects, the customer will be notified to pick it up within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days.
4. In case of having a repair that does not affect the characteristics of the racket, it will be repaired and sent to the user.

As long as there are stocks of the model, it will be sent. If this model is out of stock, either due to out-of-stock or because it corresponds to a previous catalogue, the official distributor will be notified in order to offer an alternative solution to the user.
