Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to? We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and to countries within the European Union. Please note that shipments outside the peninsula or international shipments may be subject to special customs regulations.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Processing time is 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Mainland Spain: 2-3 working days.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 working days.

European Union: 7-10 working days.
Is shipping free? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €120 within mainland Spain. For orders under €120 or for destinations outside mainland Spain, the shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company (GLS, DHL, FedEx, Correos or UPS) so you know where it is at all times.
Returns and exchanges
What is the return period? You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The product must be unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging.
Which products cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of:

Backpacks, padel bags and cases.

Protectors and overgrips.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Products on sale.
How do I request a return? Email us at comercial@powerpadel.com with your order number. If the return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Can I exchange a racket or product for another? The quickest and most effective way is to request a return of the item you don't want and place a new, separate order for the product you do want. This ensures that the item is in stock and you'll receive your new product much sooner.
Orders and payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure payments via credit/debit card and other methods available through our secure Shopify payment gateway.
Can I cancel or modify my order? If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll try to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at +34 916296030 to arrange any changes. If the order has already left our facilities, you'll need to wait to receive it before processing a return.
Problems and incidents
I received a damaged or incorrect product, what should I do? We're very sorry. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and, if you notice any damage to the box or a defect in the product, let us know within 48 hours . Send us photos of the damage and the packaging to comercial@powerpadel.com and we'll resolve the issue immediately.
